This tool generates a full block of HTML meta tags, e.g. filling in a title, description, and URL produces title, meta description, Open Graph, and Twitter Card tags ready to paste into your page's head.

Fill in your page's title, description, URL, and optionally an image and site name to generate a ready-to-paste block of meta tags — covering the standard title/description tags, Open Graph (used by Facebook, LinkedIn, and others), and Twitter Card tags.

Search engines rely on the title and meta description tags, while social platforms read the separate Open Graph and Twitter Card tags to build the preview card shown when a link is shared — without those tags, a shared link often falls back to a blank or awkward auto-generated preview. The core Open Graph tags (og:title, og:description, og:url, og:type) are always included, with og:image and twitter:image added automatically whenever an image URL is provided; paste the full generated block inside your page's HTML <head> section.

  • Always included: title tag, meta description, and the core Open Graph tags (og:title, og:description, og:url, og:type).
  • Included if provided: og:image and twitter:image (if an image URL is given), and og:site_name (if a site name is given).
  • Where to paste: these tags belong inside your page's HTML <head> section.

What is Open Graph used for?

Open Graph tags control how your page looks when shared on social platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn — the title, description, and image shown in the link preview.

Do I need the Twitter Card tags separately from Open Graph?

X (Twitter) primarily reads its own twitter: tags, though it will fall back to Open Graph tags if Twitter Card tags are missing — including both covers more platforms reliably.
